FormThatLLC is a static information site. It does not require an account, sell formation services, or ask readers to enter a Social Security number, tax ID, bank detail, or other sensitive filing information.

Calculator inputs

The LLC calculator runs in the reader's browser. The selected state and optional prices are used to calculate the on-screen result and are not transmitted by the calculator code.

Email

If you contact us, we receive the email address and message you choose to send. Use that channel for corrections and feedback, not for private filing documents.

Cookies and advertising

Advertising is off in the launch configuration and no advertising script is loaded. The public ads.txt file is present for domain verification only. If advertising or analytics are enabled later, this policy will be updated before the change goes live.
