FormThatLLC is published by FormThatLLC Editorial, an editorial publisher operating for readers in the United States. The site exists for one job: show what an LLC costs to form and keep in good standing, state by state, without selling a formation package.

What we publish

The launch dataset covers 15 states. Each state page names the filing office, the initial filing fee, the recurring state charge, the due rule, and the official source used to check the record. The calculator adds those state amounts over one, three, or five years and keeps optional service prices separate.

How figures are checked

A fee is published only when it can be tied to a named public record, normally a Secretary of State or corporations division source. The verification date stays with the record. If a fee cannot be checked, the state does not join the launch dataset.

What this site is not

FormThatLLC is not a law firm, tax practice, registered agent, or filing service. It does not file documents, hold itself out as counsel, or give a legal or tax answer for a specific business. Use the official filing office or a qualified professional for the filing itself.

Fees and forms change. Send the page URL and the figure that looks wrong through the contact page. Reports are checked against the official record named on the page.
